The feeding roller adopts the floating form, which provides enough feeding space for high stem crops such as sorghum to ensure the smooth feeding of crops, and has better feeding performance when harvesting low-stubble crops such as soybean.

Threshing and Separating Mechanism:
The C230 combine harvester adopts the combination type threshing and separating device of the tangential flow cylinder and the longitudinal double axial flow cylinder, the threshing and separating capacity is strong, the processing capacity is large, the impact on the crops is small, and the device is particularly suitable for the rice harvest.

The unique design is that the pulling and releasing of the material flow leaves the threshing roller and the concave plate to enter the separating roller under the action of the feeding wheel, and is divided into two material flows. The plate teeth at the front end of the separating drum grasp the material and carry the material to rotate, at which time the material rotates and moves backwards along the axis.

When the material is rotated in the separation mechanism, the seed and stem are separated by the action of the separation concave plate under the teeth of the separation plate. The broken stem or the stray is forced to be discharged into the stem crusher or discharged out of the machine body. The design of the degranulation separation makes the separation thorough and the capacity of the treatment of the degranulation separation is large.

Screening Box:
